How to measure/select:

With the linear turned on and in Tx mode use a high input resistence volt meter to measure the open circuit voltage and polarity at the keying jack of the linear. The linear will not key itself, the magnitude and polarity of the open circuit voltage is all that is needed to make a relay saver model selection.
