What We Don't Service:

Radios that use vacuum tubes. Radios that use plug-in circuit cards.
Computers, Stereo's, TV's, VCR/DVD Recorder/player's, Video Monitors.
Trunking radios.
Cellular phones.
Pagers.

Service Policy/Warranty:

45 day shop warranty on all repairs(*). No shop warranty if the original problem was the result of corrosion or overvoltage/reverse-voltage/lightning damage or RF feedback.

(*) For products where the factory warranty period has expired. For products still in the factory warranty period, please refer to your factory warranty card or operators manual for warranty policy and return procedure.

Where to ship broken radio:

Please contact SultanTronics first via email or phone/fax or snail-mail to get an Ok BEFORE shipping any radio for repair. At that time a ship-to address will be given out.
Return shipping radio back to you is insured for the same amount it was insured for in getting to SultanTronics.
Shipping, insurance and handling charges are extra.
